I can work alongside you and your clients to develop the layout, work through selections, and prepare drawings that help your team estimate, coordinate trades, and plan the build. You remain the contractor and the primary point of contact for construction.

Design + Selections
Layout development, 3D views, and guidance on fixtures and finishes to help clients make decisions and move the project forward.
On-Site Consultation
Sometimes the best way forward is to see the space together. I’ll meet you on site to review the layout, talk through design or construction questions, and help identify decisions that need to be made before the work moves ahead. This can include a walkthrough with you, your client, or the trades involved in the project.
Drafting
Floor plans, cabinetry layouts, and dimensioned elevations for projects with an established design direction.
Preconstruction Planning
More detailed drawings for demolition, construction, electrical, and rough-in coordination, as appropriate to the project scope. We can also plan contractor and trade review points before work begins.
